Headquartered in Singapore, we have agency partners across US, EMEA and Asia Pacific, serving our global portfolio of clients and programs. We have global B2B channel programs in more than 80 countries across Asia Pacific, EMEA & Americas.

JB Ray brings over 25 years of experience in Marketing, Technology, Business Management and Operations across APAC markets and global clients.

JB Ray has led several award-winning programs in transforming B2B2C CRM, PRM & Channel Incentives & Rewards to deliver growth and competitive market advantages to businesses.

Since 2021, JB Ray has been leading PRM Marketing Services (PRMMS) as Chief Executive Officer to innovate, strategize and accelerate B2B digital transformation for direct and indirect sales channels using CRM, PRM & Channel Incentives & Rewards.

Carolin Chan
Carolin Chan VP Strategy & Marketing

With over 20 years of loyalty solutions experience, Carolin has a proven track record in driving business growth across various industries & business verticals.

She has led the development of innovative B2B2C loyalty engagement strategies that have reshaped relationship marketing globally.

In her role, Carolin manages regional accounts for the channel loyalty business, concentrating on enhancing cross-channel customer experiences.

She is responsible for conceptualising and implementing loyalty ecosystems designed to achieve sustainable competitive growth across PRMMS’s portfolio of loyalty programmes.

Wesley
Wesley Cai Financial Controller

Wesley is a certified practicing accountant (CPA) and serves as the Finance Controller of PRM Marketing Services (PRMMS).

His extensive career brings a wealth of experience in managing complex accounting processes, ensuring financial compliance and enhancing profitability.

With strong financial expertise, Wesley is highly familiar with extracting insights from complex dataset insights to facilitate informed decision-making and drive strategic corporate initiatives.

Fanny Ng

With more than 10 years of client management experience, Fanny is recognized for her ability to nurture strong client relationships and lead

top-performing account teams. In her current position, she manages a portfolio of key accounts, where she designs and implements innovative loyalty strategies to drive growth and achieve client goals.

With a passion for collaboration and a commitment to excellence, she has been at the forefront of driving excellence in loyalty marketing and implementing digital solutions for channel programs.

Her expertise lies in developing effective alliance partnership strategies, leading impactful account development initiatives, and transforming loyalty marketing practices across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
