Account Executive / Senior Account Executive

About the Job:
We are looking for passionate team players to join us in managing our portfolio of B2B2C Loyalty and CRM programs. You will be responsible for operating and implementing day to day program activities, reports and deployment of digital innovations with close collaboration with internal and external teams. The role covers understanding, applying and enhancing business processes, marketing operations and digital technology engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Loyalty and CRM Programs from design to development to deployment.
- Ensure marketing activities are deployed on time and meet client’s expectations.
- Day-to-day program management and operation of client accounts.
- Manage marketing operations and communications.
- Planning and coordination of all program activities and communications.
- Provide reports and insights on program performance and campaign activities.
- Manage program targets and goals.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in marketing agency environment.
- Experience in digital, social and email marketing.
- Knowledge in CRM/Loyalty, marketing and automation tools.
- Ability to conceptualize, plan, develop and manage promotions / campaigns.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Experience in Project Management, Power Point and Excel.
- Exposure in Data Analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Experience in managing client and/or agency communications.
- Ability to understand client expectations and manage project timelines.
- Understand and design user experience with creative thinking.
- Project management skills supporting multiple projects on deadline with close coordination within the internal teams, agencies and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills in a collaborative work environment.

HR & Admin Executive
Location: Singapore
About the Job:
We are looking for passionate team players to join our HR & Admin team. You will be responsible for office administrative and operational tasks in high collaboration with internal teams & external parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service in response to HR, Admin or general inquiries/ request.
- Work closely with HR Manager by providing necessary support in maintaining HR policies , internal workflows, processes, HR & Administrative matters.
- Administer leave system and annual insurance renewal.
- Assist in recruitment process with sourcing, screening and arranging interviews.
- Manage onboarding processes and off boarding processes.
- Handle MOM pass application, renewal and cancellation process.
- Maintain employee P-file storage.
- Support in employee welfare, recognition and office day to day activities.
- Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignments.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
- At least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
- People oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- Strong understanding of statutory regulations, employment act, tripartite guidelines.
- Self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Meticulous, diplomatic, adaptable and ability with multiple task.
