  • HR & Admin Executive

    Location: Singapore

    About the Job:

    We are looking for passionate team players to join our HR & Admin team. You will be responsible for office administrative and operational tasks in high collaboration with internal teams & external parties.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide quality customer service in response to HR, Admin or general inquiries/ request.
    • Work closely with HR Manager by providing necessary support in maintaining HR policies , internal workflows, processes, HR & Administrative matters.
    • Administer leave system and annual insurance renewal.
    • Assist in recruitment process with sourcing, screening and arranging interviews.
    • Manage onboarding processes and off boarding processes.
    • Handle MOM pass application, renewal and cancellation process.
    • Maintain employee P-file storage.
    • Support in employee welfare, recognition and office day to day activities.
    • Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignments.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
    • At least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity.
    • People oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Strong understanding of statutory regulations, employment act, tripartite guidelines.
    • Self-driven with high degree of professional integrity.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently.
    • Meticulous, diplomatic, adaptable and ability with multiple task.
